General Counselling, business internationalisation processes, international partnership: those are my main area of practice aimed to companies and enterprises.
I favour ongoing relationships, on a long-term perspective, based on mutual independence, loyalty and trust.
Legal Counselling
Legal assistance to companies is conceived in an integrated and comprehensive manner, with a specific focus on commercial contracts, franchise and hotel management agreements, joint ventures, and extraordinary transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, including cross-border operations, as well as real estate transactions. Collaboration with colleagues operating in foreign jurisdictions, as well as in highly specialized areas of law, is a constant feature of my practice, thereby providing client companies with a qualified point of contact to coordinate complex transactions. This approach also fosters ongoing professional development and long-term collaborative relationships.
The tourism industry has become one of the leading industries worldwide, not only in terms of scale but also for its ability to address deeply emotional, cultural, and social needs, both for travelers and for host communities. This growing importance and recognition of the sector is accompanied by economic, organizational, and legal complexities that require expert legal support. In this sector as well, legal assistance to the businesses involved — whether tourism operators, investors, or real estate managers — is conceived in an integrated and comprehensive manner, drawing on over fifteen years of direct experience in the industry, particularly in hospitality and food service, as well as on continuous professional development and monitoring of industry trends beyond purely legal aspects, also thanks to collaboration with the Campus Foundation of Lucca.
Continuous support to companies, including through in-house experiences, has led to a thorough understanding of business processes, enabling a full grasp of the legal aspects related to corporate governance and organizational structures, such as corporate matters, related-party transactions, as well as the development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational compliance and prevention models, including those provided in Italy under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. Serving directly in corporate governance and supervisory bodies — such as Boards of Directors, Boards of Statutory Auditors, and Supervisory Bodies — further enhances the advisory offering through an active role alongside company ownership and top management.
